Welcome Back Merkel Middle School!

We are excited to welcome our students back for another great school year.

First Day Information
7:10 AM – The courtyard gate opens for students.
7:30 AM – First bell rings.
7:35 AM – Tardy bell rings.
3:58PM – Dismissal 

As students enter through the courtyard gate, they will see class lists posted on the doors showing where to report for 1st period. Students will receive their official class schedule from their first period teacher. If your student is in athletics, coaches will pass out their schedule. 

If your student’s name is not on the class lists, their registration is not complete. Students with incomplete registration will not be permitted to attend class until a parent or guardian completes the required registration process.

Please make sure all required items have been submitted, including:

• Online registration
• Proof of residency
• Required health forms
• Consent forms
